bh-consent — records your cookie preferences so we don't ask on every visit and so your choices are respected. Lifetime: 12 months. This cookie is required for the consent system to work and stores no personal information beyond your choices.

Analytics cookies (with your consent)

Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) — _ga and related cookies help us understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate region). Lifetime: up to 24 months.

Microsoft Clarity — _clck, _clsk and related cookies help us understand usability (for example, where pages are confusing). Lifetime: up to 12 months.

No analytics cookie is set unless you choose “Accept all” or enable Analytics under “Manage preferences”. Until then, these tools do not load at all.

Future marketing cookies

If we later use advertising measurement (for example, Meta Pixel), those cookies will load only for visitors who have consented to Marketing cookies, and this policy will be updated to list them before they are used.

Embedded services

Our quotation form and any chat or booking widgets are provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). Where these set cookies, they do so to make the form or chat function. The chat widget loads only after consent; the quote form is core site functionality.

Managing your preferences

Change your choices at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings — doing so will cause the consent banner to reappear on your next visit.
